Q: How many emails can I send per hour with Email Sender Deluxe?
A: There's unfortunately no definitive answer to this, as it depends on how big your email is in size, if it's HTML and includes images, if it has attachments, how fast your Internet connection (ISP) is, how fast you can connect to the SMTP server you are using and so on. But if there's nothing holding Email Sender Deluxe back, it will be able to send many thousands of emails an hour, as fast as it is able to depending on the Internet connection, SMTP server and the email size itself.
Q: How many emails can I send?
A: In the trial version of Email Sender Deluxe, you can only send a total of 250 emails. In the full version, you can send as many emails as you want, there are no limitations or restrictions in the full version.
Note: It all depends on the SMTP server you are using though. If you are using a free SMTP server, like Gmail, Hotmail, AOL etc., then the SMTP server most likely has a limitation of how many emails you can send per day, and there's unfortunately nothing Email Sender Deluxe can do about the SMTP server's limitation. In this case you have to send below their limitation or use a different SMTP server.
Q: What email format/personalize options do I have?
A: All recipients you add to Email Sender Deluxe will contains fields such as First Name, Last Name, Email and Address. You can personalize your email to each recipient by using format tags that insert in each email, the field thats added on your recipient. Example: If your subject contains "Hello <#[First Name]#> <#[Last Name]#>", then each recipient will receive a personalized Subject that could say e.g. "Hello Peter Smith".
Q: Can I import recipients from databases or files?
A: Yes, you can import recipients from databases, Microsoft Access database, Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and text-based files such as CSV files. When importing recipients the recipients are not stored in Email Sender Deluxe, but instead retrieved from the database/file you chose. This gives you the possibility to always retrieve the newest version of your recipients automatically.
